New Traffic Rule: Challan will be issued even after wearing helmet, know the reason

New Traffic Rule: If you are also a driver then this is a news of use for you. If you do not have the papers of the vehicle, then your challan is issued. But you will be shocked to know that even if you have all the documents, you can be issued a challan of Rs 2000.

However, this rule is already in force. But many people are not aware of it, due to which their challan is issued. In such a situation, you should know about this rule.

Under which rule will the challan be issued

If you misbehave with any traffic policeman during the paper check of your vehicle even by mistake, then according to the Motor Vehicle Act, you can be issued a challan of Rs 2000.

Because road accidents are increasing continuously, some people start arguing with traffic policemen while getting the papers checked. This argument turns into misbehavior. Therefore, avoid misbehaving with any traffic personnel without any reason.

This is also a new rule

According to the recently introduced New Motor Vehicle Act, even if you have a helmet, you can still be fined Rs 2,000. If you have not tied the helmet strip while driving a scooter, then according to rule 194D of the Motor Vehicle Act, you can be fined Rs 1,000.

In such a situation, despite wearing a helmet, you may have to pay a fine of Rs 2,000 due to not following the new rules. Therefore, be fully alert while going out on the road and leave the house, otherwise you may have to loosen your pocket.
