Punjab’s Budhlada City Shuts Down in Protest Against Gaushala Demolition

This is important news for the people of Punjab. Actually, Budhlada was completely closed today against the demolition of the building of the cowshed in the local city and the highhandedness of the irrigation department officer. It has been decided to keep Budhlada city closed on March 8 in protest against the illegal demolition of the cowshed building by the irrigation department officials while laying canal water pipes inside the cowshed in the local city and creating a rift in the communal harmony.

Various religious and business organizations of the city expressed anger against the highhandedness of the officer and decided to close the city. In this regard, while addressing a meeting of the citizens in the local cowshed building, committee president Brichbhan, Vinod Kumar, Subhash Kumar, Gyan Chand, Ashu Singla said that the irrigation department has made a canal to let water go to the fields going to ward no. 7 inside the cowshed.
