Rain Alert 1 February: Rain and fog warning for 6 days in 10 states including UP

Rain Alert 1 February, New Delhi: Weather can be seen changing in North India from February 1, due to which the effect of cold is likely to increase again. According to the Meteorological Department, during this period, there may be rain for 6 days in the plains of North India, while a rain alert has been issued for five days in the hilly states. Rain is also expected for three days in Uttar Pradesh, while Delhi may receive rain on February 3.

States with rain alert (Rain Alert 1 February)

The Meteorological Department said that due to two new western disturbances between February 1 and 3, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and other hilly states may receive rain till February 5. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are also likely to receive rain from February 1 to 5, while a rain alert has been issued in Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan. Some states of South India like Tamil Nadu, Karaikal and Kerala may receive rain till February 2.

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR

The weather will remain normal in Delhi and NCR region till February 2, but light rain is expected on February 3. After the rain, a drop in temperature can be seen, which can drop from 27°C to 21-22°C. This will also increase the feeling of cold. However, the temperature may increase again after February 6.

Fog alert in UP for 2 Days

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of dense fog in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Assam and other areas till February 2. There is a possibility of fog in these states during morning and night hours, which may affect traffic.
