Abhishek Anand, in charge of the Ranchi Meteorological Centre, stated that the partial cloud cover is expected to persist over parts of Jharkhand starting Tuesday. He added that the thunderstorm, along with lightning and light rainfall, is likely due to the eastward movement of a western disturbance and a north-south trough at lower levels. These weather conditions are expected to continue until February 23, with lightning activities and sporadic rainfall.
