Ranchi News: For the first time, a 10 lane modern road is going to be built in the capital Ranchi, the total cost of which will be around Rs 301 crore. This road will not only be built with modern technology, but a complete plan has been prepared to make it traffic free. The Detail Project Report (DPR) for the construction of the road has also got technical approval, and work is likely to start soon.
10 lane modern road: Better lighting and hi-tech facilities
This 10-lane road has been designed in such a way that the main road will be 6 lanes, on which VVIPs, VIPs and big vehicles will run. Apart from this, 2-2 lane service roads will be built on both sides of the road, which will facilitate smooth movement of small and private vehicles.
Apart from this, a cycle track will also be built, on top of which solar panels will be installed. Electricity will be generated from these solar panels, which will provide energy to the lighting system on the road. Also, better drainage system and rest and sitting facilities for passengers will be developed, which will make the road not only beautiful but also convenient.
Road will be built on this route
This 10-lane road will mainly start from Vivekananda School in Dhurva and will proceed through Jagannathpur Temple and High Court. After this, it will turn right from the CRPF camp and connect directly to the ring road. The special thing is that from the CRPF camp onwards, this road will be completely a Greenfield corridor, that is, a new route will be built, which will not depend on any old route.
Ranchi will get world-class road
The construction of this road will provide world-class connectivity to Ranchi. In view of the increasing traffic jams and chaotic traffic, this project is considered very important. With the construction of a new road, not only will the passengers experience smooth travel, but the transport system of the city will also become highly advanced.
